Esta posición se une al equipo de Operaciones del Programa SIRTAP en Airbus Defence and Space, en Getafe (Madrid). El rol actúa como responsable de operaciones y líder de la línea de ensamblaje final (FAL), definiendo y ejecutando la estrategia industrial del programa, gestionando las solicitudes operativas desde la oferta hasta la entrega al cliente, liderando equipos industriales multifuncionales y consolidando costes industriales para nuevas ofertas. El objetivo es garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos de entrega de sistemas aéreos no tripulados tácticos de alto rendimiento.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Industrial Strategy and Plan (Core/Non-Core, Make or Buy, footprint) in line with overall COO objectives to guarantee customer delivery commitments.
- Act as Operations Responsible and FAL Lead in front of internal/external stakeholders and the SIRTAP Program, managing operational requests from bidding through final customer delivery.
- Lead cross-functional industrial teams and coordinate with side organizations to fulfill all FAL needs and ensure manufacturing execution (OQOTOC).
- Consolidate industrial costs for new aircraft offers, leading industrial teams and supporting commercial campaigns and bidding requests.
- Assure concurrence activities with Engineering teams (DIT, Manufacturing Engineering, Tablada site) regarding new developments, design structure, and integrated planning.
- Manage supply chain compliance and supplier integration for FAL requirements, coordinating relocated suppliers to guarantee capacity across SIRTAP programs.
Requirements
- Education: Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: Proven experience in Industrial Management, Production Planning, Supply Chain, and Program Management within aerospace, defence, or complex manufacturing programs.
- Soft skills: Strong leadership to inspire high-performing teams, sound decision-making under pressure, excellent multicultural collaboration, and an open-minded, innovative mindset.
- Languages: Advanced / Fluent level in English & Spanish (spoken and written).
- Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and Production Planning processes; proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.

- Valuable / Nice to have: Continuous improvement expertise (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent) and Export Control knowledge.
