Working Student (d/f/m) Digitalization Officer for Programme Management

As a Working Student Digitalization Officer for Programme Management, you will support the EuroDrone Plateau by digitalizing the project management environment using Jira, Confluence and SharePoint. You will set up workflows, create and assign tasks, track progress, and explore AI capabilities within Jira. Working closely with the project manager and the Delivery Team, you will contribute to project tracking, reporting, and SAFe routines to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Digitalize the project management environment using Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and identify potential improvement areas.
• Set up workflows, create and assign tasks, and track progress using Jira.
• Master the challenge of artificial intelligence within Jira.
• Support the Delivery Team Lead and the project managers as needed in project tracking.
• Contribute in reporting activities to make them leaner and more valuable.
• Participate and contribute to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) routines as Program Increments (PI) planning, Product Owners sync, Systems Demos, Weekly/Daily stand-ups, Retrospectives, etc.
• Discover Performance Management routines and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Currently full time enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, engineering, or computer science) with a strong interest in project management and digitalization.
• Reliable, adaptable, independent with a hands-on mindset, personal initiative and practical problem solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Very good English skills (written and verbal), another Eurodrone language would be a plus (e.g. German / Spanish / Italian / French).

Nice to have

• Good organization skills, with Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint is a plus.Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) would be a plus.
