The System Validation Engineer will lead end-to-end system validation activities for autonomous drone systems, working closely with system engineers to define validation objectives, strategies, and test scenarios. The role involves planning and executing laboratory, field, and system-level validation, troubleshooting issues, and preparing test procedures and reports. The engineer will collaborate with software, electronics, mechanical, and project management teams to ensure system quality and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end system validation activities, from requirements understanding through execution, analysis, and final conclusions.
Work closely with System Engineers to define validation objectives, strategies, test scenarios, and pass/fail criteria.
Plan, design, and execute laboratory, field, and system-level validation activities.
Troubleshoot unexpected issues during testing and make real-time technical decisions.
Prepare clear test procedures, documentation, and validation reports.
Work closely with Software, Electronics, Mechanical, System Engineering, and Project Management teams.

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to work hands-on in both laboratory and field environments.
Experience in engineering testing, verification & validation - an advantage.
Experience with measurement equipment and test systems - an advantage.
