The Branch Supervisor is responsible for managing daily branch operations, optimizing resources, developing staff, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role involves overseeing day-to-day functionality, deploying action plans, interacting with customers, reviewing tasks, and ensuring compliance with ISO and CAD standards.
Responsibilities
- Administrating and maintaining the day-to-day functionality of the operational branch by optimizing the availability of the establishment, tools, facilities and people in achieving the project requirement and meeting the exponential growth opportunities.
- Deploy and action plans to achieve optimum effectiveness, efficiency, and quality management. This includes the people development and charting the career progression of the staff.
- Updating operation parameters and assigning responsibilities according to the
- Interacting with customer, interpreting their needs and requirements, and deliver the expectation in the fields.
- Reviewing the tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
- Review and enrich processes to value add into quality management and customer benefits.
- Updating project's metrics and data collection to ensure the project trajectory remained on the course.
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies,
- Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II)
Requirements
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in operational related environment.
- Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Aviation or any other engineering discipline.
- Possessed valid Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency - Basic (RCOC-B), RCOC Module 2 (AGR) and any other certifications approved by Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO) by CAAM.
