Operations Executive Drone Technology

Join Aonic as an Operations Executive to lead drone application projects in agriculture and industry. You will coordinate project planning, conduct UAV demonstrations, collect and analyze data, and support site operations. This role is at the forefront of drone technology, turning real-world challenges into impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of drone application projects (pre, during, post).
• Coordinate project planning and mobilization with internal teams and clients.
• Conduct UAV/UAS product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) based on project scope.
• Collect and analyze project data, prepare reports, and provide feedback for improvements.
• Support ongoing site operations, documentation, and ad hoc deployments.
• Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products/services.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) standards.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering, Aviation, or GIS.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant project management experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project execution.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in UAV drones or project planning in agriculture is an added advantage.
