The Senior Project Manager will manage UAS projects either on-site or off-site within CONUS, ensuring compliance with PMA-263 requirements and effective coordination with Government stakeholders and OEMs. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to successfully deliver project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute UAS projects in accordance with PMA-263 requirements
Collaborate with Government technical experts and OEM representatives to achieve project objectives
Monitor project cost, schedule, and deliverables
Provide regular updates and reports to program leadership
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with contract requirements

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of UAS project management experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or an additional eight (8) years of job-related experience in lieu of a degree)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with Government technical experts and OEM representatives

Nice to have

PMP or other project management certification
Prior experience managing geographically dispersed teams
Familiarity with military UAS programs and lifecycle management
