The Counter Uncrewed Aerial Systems (CUAS) Analyst will support USCENTCOM's Integrated Air and Missile Defense Division in the development, analysis, and coordination of CUAS operational planning, integration, evaluation, and assessments. The role involves providing senior-level support to CUAS operations, exercises, and planning efforts, as well as analyzing UAS threats and developing solutions for contingency and operations plans. The analyst will monitor CUAS forces and systems laydown and coordinate on Joint Staff requirements processes for testing, deployment, and employment of CUAS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level support to CUAS operations, exercises, and planning efforts
  • Provide senior-level support to execution of national, service, and USCENTCOM partner nation integration of CUAS assets into USCENTCOM’s command and control architecture
  • Analyze and assess UAS threats to USCENTCOM and partner nation forces
  • Develop, analyze, and coordinate IAMD CUAS solutions for contingency and operations plans (CONPLAN/OPLAN)
  • Monitor and display CUAS forces and systems laydown throughout the USCENTCOM AOR
  • Monitor, coordinate, and report on the Joint Staff requirements processes for testing, deployment, and employment of CUAS systems in the USCENTCOM AOR

Requirements

  • Must have an Active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, supporting development, analysis, and coordination of CUAS operational planning, integration, evaluation, and assessments
  • Ability to draft, edit, and review written products, as well as facilitate and present those products at the General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO), executive, and national agency levels
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products
  • Must be available for travel to domestic and international locations; no combat zone travel is authorized.

Nice to have

  • Experience in / knowledge of adversary UAS tactics, techniques, and procedures analysis and assessments
  • Experience in / knowledge of development, analysis, and coordination of IAMD operational planning, evaluation, and assessments
  • Experience working on a Combatant Command staff
  • Experience in planning CUAS and systems integration
