このポジションは、eVTOL(電動垂直離着陸機)用モーターの開発を支援する役割です。システム要件のレビュー、シミュレーションと検証、サプライヤーとの調整、実機での性能確認などを通じて、航空機の安全性と性能を確保します。航空認証基準に準拠したモーターシステムの開発に貢献します。
Responsibilities
- Review of system requirements for flight units, ensuring traceability from aircraft-level requirements to motor component specifications.
- Perform simulation and verification, confirming the motor meets the required quality standards.
- Assist in identifying and coordinating with potential motor suppliers to meet the project’s requirements.
- Support margin control to ensure the motor meets aircraft performance specifications, collaborating with partner manufacturers.
- Participate in checking the performance of motors on actual equipment, identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with prototype and test teams.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of motor systems that meet the strict certification standards of the aviation industry.
Requirements
- Experience in various stages of motor development processes.
- Proficiency in negotiating and coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Background in developing high-power AC motors in the aerospace industry.
Nice to have
- Experience in the aerospace sector with knowledge on ARP-4754, DO-160.
