  • Validate detection zones, cyber-takeover workflows, and sensors fusion configurations against client operational requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across hardware, software, RF, and network layers, both on-site and remotely
  • Act as the trusted technical advisor to customer’s stakeholders, throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Conduct site surveys, RF environment assessments, and infrastructure readiness reviews ahead of every deployment
  • Translate complex operational use cases and threat scenarios into system configurations and deployment architectures
  • Lead customer acceptance testing (SAT), sign-off procedures, and operational readiness reviews
  • Design and deliver tailored operator and administrator training programs
  • Develop site-specific SOPs, operator handbooks, and system administration guides aligned with EnforceAir Plus capabilities and local operational doctrine
  • Support train-the-trainer programs for large-scale or multi-site deployments across different regions.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 post-deployment technical support and incident response across all global time zones
  • Participate in a global on-call support rotation, ensuring 24/7 coverage for critical operational deployments
  • Conduct scheduled system health checks, performance audits, and software/firmware update cycles, responsible for required periodical maintenance support activities
  • Coordinate cross-regional knowledge sharing and escalations within the worldwide Professional Services team
  • Feed field intelligence — integration challenges, feature gaps, regional operational insights, additional requirements/enhancements — back to D-Fend's product and R&D teams
  • Contribute to global deployment playbooks, integration guides, and internal knowledge repositories
  • Support junior engineers across the worldwide Professional Services organization
