Contract Realestate Photographer / Content Creator (Brisbane, Qld)

This is a contract role for a real estate photographer and content creator based in Brisbane, Qld. The role involves capturing high-quality images, floor plans, and drone footage for real estate clients, with the support of a content manager and other teams handling bookings, editing, and client management. The position offers flexibility in working hours and the ability to set your own availability, with work volumes varying by location and season.

Responsibilities

• We’re seeking creative, personable and passionate photographers / floor planers / drone pilots (ideally with video skills as well), to join our energetic and dynamic team in contract roles. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in real estate photography along with a great understanding of the industry. Being well presented, reliable and open to learning new techniques & photography styles is a must.
• This is a flexible contract role (not necessarily full time), and work volumes will vary depending on location and time of year.
• We are looking for dedicated Creatives, who are friendly, reliable, and ideally have real estate or related industry experience. Photography is essential as a skill, the ability to draw Floor Plans, operate a Drone, as well as other relevant skills like Videography are also highly regarded, and if not already possessed - the suitable candidate will be willing to learn these as needed.

Requirements

• Full frame camera with a min. 17mm wide angle lens
• Mid focal length and telephoto lens, 24-70mm or 70-200mm or similar range with maximum aperture of at least F4.
• Sturdy tripod with at least 180cm of extendable height
• Reasonable power Speed-light / flash gun or similar external flash - (Ideally able to be used off camera) - multiple flashes an advantage.
• Ideally a suitable Drone
• Reliable car
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to acquire new skills
