- Analyze wireless link performance, networking behavior, throughput, interference, mobility, and routing under real-world conditions
- Build and maintain software utilities, scripts, and troubleshooting tools that help customers configure and integrate radios
- Recreate customer deployment conditions in lab environments to validate configurations and replicate issues
- Maintain and improve customer-facing technical documentation including technical library articles, datasheets, configuration guides, and user documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and firmware teams to provide structured product feedback based on customer field experience
- Deliver technical reports summarizing findings, deployment recommendations, risks, and known issues
- Become a trusted technical advisor for high-value customers and support teams during mission-critical deployments and evaluations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with wireless communications, RF networking, embedded systems, or robotic platform integration

- Skilled at diagnosing complex system interactions across RF, networking, compute, and control systems
- Comfortable working directly with customers in collaborative, high-pressure field environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into actionable guidance
- Curious, self-driven, and motivated by solving difficult real-world engineering problems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience working with drones, robotics, autonomy systems, or defense technologies
- Experience supporting field deployments, flight testing, or robotic platform integration
- Familiarity with wireless mesh networking and unmanned system communications architectures
- Experience developing customer-facing technical documentation and deployment guides
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field
