Operations Specialist, Commercial Operations Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to participate and build regulated drone delivery operations by working cross functionally with Flight Operations and being a part of the Ground Operations team. The Operations Specialist will identify operational risk and escalate safety-critical matters, assist in all operational tasks outside of flight, and work on other Commercial Operations associated tasks. The role involves supporting the Commercial Ground Operations team, collaborating with software and hardware teams to provide structured operational feedback, and working closely with Flight Operations and support on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Working cross functionally with Flight Operations and being a part of the Ground Operations team
• Identifying operational risk and escalating safety-critical matters to the Ground Operations Lead
• Assisting in all operational tasks outside of flight - ex. Drone Dropoff Points, manual data collection, merchant launch readiness, etc.
• Working on other Commercial Operations associated tasks assigned by mgmt
• Support the Commercial Ground Operations team in assigned tasks
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to provide structured operational feedback on production systems and tools
• Work closely with Flight Operations & support on the ground
