The Senior Field Service Representative will support, train, maintain and repair EOS Remote Weapons Stations (RWS) at EOS facilities and in the field. This role involves leading training for service members, resolving advanced system issues, conducting system testing, and serving as the primary technical interface with customers and engineering teams. The FSR will also develop advanced training curricula and represent the company at high-level events.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the training of service members and other customers on RWS operation and maintenance
Lead resolution of advance for escalated RWS system issues (including multi-system integration problems)
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and technical oversight to FSR1 and FSR2
Conduct system level testing, acceptance inspections, and field modifications
Serve as primary technical interface with customers, engineering, and program management
Develop and deliver advanced training curricula for both internal and end-users
Identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements or service bulletins
Lead CUAS simulation-based exercises, live scenarios, & threats
Ability to represent the company at high-level customer or industry events
Ability to travel 45-50% domestic and internationally

Requirements

AS degree +4 years or
6 years Military Exp or
6 year prior FSR experience
2+ years Formal military training or defense industry training development/instructor experience
This is an on-site role; applicants must reside locally or be able to commute daily.

Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS) experience
Experience troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis of complex mechanical systems
Expert-level RWS system knowledge across all subsystems and configurations
Excellent mentoring, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
