We design and manufacture drone-in-a-box systems that automate repetitive drone operations, taking humans out of the loop so the people who depend on aerial data can move faster. We're a small, agile team, we move fast, take on extreme ownership, and build products in months, not years. **The Role** Hex interns do real work. You’ll join one of our teams, contribute to a scoped project, and ship something the team actually uses. We’re hiring interns across engineering and operations and will match you to a team based on your background and interests: - **Engineering:** Electronics (electrical and embedded/firmware), Hardware (mechanical design), Software - **Operations:** Production, Flight Operations, Business Operations **What You’ll Do** - Own a defined project with a clear deliverable, with a mentor on your team - Work hands-on with our drone and dock systems in the lab and in the field - Take part in team standups, design reviews, and testing - Present your work to the team at the end of the summer ### **Responsibilities** Projects are matched to each intern's background and the team's current priorities, so responsibilities vary.
