In order to support the Tornado & Eurodrone Program, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a
The TASS Asset Readiness Support Center provides technical and logistic support for a variety of airborne weapon systems. This includes continuous customer support for all technical flight operations requests, comprehensive consulting, software maintenance, and technical documentation.
Within this center, the “Program Representative TOR/Trsp/Mission” department is responsible for managing all Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and Integrated Product Support (IPS) activities for platforms such as Tornado, AWACS, P-3C, and Eurodrone.
We are looking for an experienced and driven ILS/IPS project management professional to join the Tornado & Eurodrone Program – Eurodrone is one of Europe’s most forward-looking defence projects. The European Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) represents a key step towards European strategic autonomy and future air combat capabilities.
The successful candidate will report functionally to the Program Representative and work as part of the ILS/IPS management team, driving the support system development and implementation across multiple internal and external interfaces.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Manage and deliver technical support and services in line with in-service support contracts and applicable regulatory and customer requirements.
Coordinate all ILS/IPS management tasks and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders (e.g. ILS service providers, engineering, quality, PMO, production, MSCs, and sub-suppliers).
Ensure effective configuration and requirements management within the TASS environment.
Oversee TASS management for Tornado modifications.
Support task management for H16 and ensure timely delivery of ITD.
Assist with PDT Task P1205.
Monitor and contribute to the achievement of program timelines and milestones.
Prepare, maintain, and release ILS-related documentation throughout all phases of program execution.
Conduct risk tracking, assessment, and planning across ILS domains.
Provide ILS-related support to the Program Management Team (PMT).
Participate in budget preparation, operational planning, and review activities.
Manage supplier Requests for Proposal (RfPs) related to ILS work packages.
Ensure delivery performance in terms of Quality, Time, and Cost (QTC), particularly for L1 deliverables, with support from PMO.
Analyse and interpret customer requirements relevant to ILS/IPS.
Desired skills and qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
5–10 years of professional experience in project or program management, ideally within the (military) aviation sector.
Solid background in ILS/IPS or In-Service Support processes.
Familiarity with Airbus Defence & Space programs such as UAS, Tornado, Eurofighter, or A400M is highly desirable.
Experience with Airbus DS IT initiatives (e.g. ERP roadmap, DDMS) is an advantage.
Innovative and agile mindset with a willingness to challenge traditional methods.
Strong team player with international project experience.
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possession of or eligibility for Security Clearance (PSI).
Strong customer orientation with a results-driven approach.
Fluent in both German and English (negotiation level required).
