We are looking for a Deployment and Field Operations Team Member to provide deployed operational support to customers using IMSAR's radar and ISR systems on manned and unmanned aircraft. The role involves supporting demonstrations and field operations of Synthetic Aperture Radar sensors for military, government, and commercial customers, as well as gathering customer feedback to improve products. You will work with a talented team and have the opportunity to make a significant impact for the company and its customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide deployed operational support to our customers in the use of IMSAR's radar and other ISR systems on various manned and unmanned aircraft in operational environments
- Support demonstrations and other field operations of IMSAR's Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) sensors for a wide array of military, government, and commercial customers
- Continually support improvement of IMSAR's product line by gathering and providing customer feedback for continual improvement of IMSAR's products and services
Requirements
- First and foremost, you are a good fit for the team and will enjoy working with us
- Willing and able to operate IMSAR's sensors on small to large aircraft
- Willing to travel to and operate in remote and austere locations, CONUS & OCONUS, to include possible ship-based assignments
- Able to travel up to 100% of the time, occasionally for consecutive months to support deployed operations
- Experience in tasking, operating, and exploiting data from ISR sensors in an operational environment and in Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of GEOINT products
- Able to train small to large groups on the installation, maintenance, and operational use of IMSAR radar systems
- Familiar with military and/or government offices, entities, and chains of command
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to support deployment and integration of Manned/Unmanned Systems in multi-domain operational environments
Nice to have
- Experience with Synthetic Aperture Radar sensors, SAR Imagery, and radar Moving Target Indicator (MTI) data
- Experience with Full Motion Video (FMV) sensors
- Current DoD Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance
- FAA Part107 certification and experience operating Group 2 and 3 UAS
- Able to understand and troubleshoot complex technical systems
- Experience with aviation safety, procedures, and compliance
- Understanding of maritime domain awareness (MDA) workflows and contested environment communications (LPI/LPD)
