Candidates who hold a drone pilot certification may also have the opportunity to work as a drone pilot.

Position Details
Role Overview
As a member of the Solution Team within the Drone Business Section, you will be responsible for the following tasks related to base station operations utilizing drones.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time drone footage captured by contracted pilots from the office
- Create inspection reports from stored image data
- Coordinate with Rakuten Mobile, Inc. and contracted field teams from the office; provide support and handle preparation work prior to inspections
- Assist with on-site inspection operations as a support crew member
- (If you hold a drone pilot certification) Conduct drone pilot operations for base station-related and infrastructure inspection tasks
- Provide operational guidance and training to contracted teams (may include travel to regional locations)

Mandatory Qualifications:
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Qualifications or work experience meeting the requirements for an inspection engineer as stipulated under the Radio Act
Must satisfy either 1 or 2:
1. Hold one of the following licenses: First Class Comprehensive Radio Communication Operator, Second Class Comprehensive Radio Communication Operator, Third Class Comprehensive Radio Communication Operator, First Class Maritime Radio Communication Operator, Second Class Maritime Radio Communication Operator, Fourth Class Maritime Radio Communication Operator, Aviation Radio Communication Operator, First Class Land Radio Technical Operator, Second Class Land Radio Technical Operator, First Class Land Special Radio Operator, or First Class Amateur Radio Operator
2. Completed coursework in wireless communications at a university, technical college, high school, or secondary education school AND have at least 2 years of work experience in testing, adjusting, or maintaining radio equipment
