Position Details
We are seeking an individual to manage marketing operations within the Drone Business. This role includes web marketing management.
In the Drone Business Department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for building exterior inspection and drone school programs. This will involve media planning focused on web marketing and managing advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
We expect you to prioritize the customer's perspective, collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, and accelerate the growth of each business through effective marketing.
Key responsibilities include
- Developing and managing strategies for web advertising (Meta, Google).
- Operating owned media (primarily social media).
- Handling end-to-end campaign management, from initial consideration to post-campaign review.
- Branding for various services.

- Number of Employees: Approximately 60 people (L2: Unmanned Solution Department).
- Age Range: Primarily 20s to 30s.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of practical experience in web advertising operations.
- Experience in a series of tasks from campaign planning to review. Also, experience in achieving goals or increasing sales by implementing the PDCA cycle.
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Business-level or advanced Japanese language proficiency.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in leading and executing service branding/rebranding initiatives.
- Experience in planning content marketing strategies.
- Experience with SEO measures.
- Interest in the drone industry.
- Knowledge of web analytics.
- Experience working in English.
