Location Germany --- As Electronics Engineering Team Lead, you will take end‑to‑end responsibility for the **design, development, integration, and testing of electronic hardware** for **UAV platforms and ground stations**. You will lead the definition of electronic system architectures and oversee the implementation from concept through qualification and production readiness. In this role, you will work **hands‑on and strategically**, coordinating internal engineering efforts as well as managing development activities with **external partners and suppliers**. You will build and develop a small but strong electronics engineering team, establish robust design and quality standards, and ensure that all electronic systems meet technical, operational, and regulatory requirements.
