Data Insights Operations

The data insights specialist will join Percepto's Product Operations department, translating data gathered from sensors into meaningful reports and insights. These insights impact customers daily, exposing them to actionable items. The role involves learning various client industries, owning daily tasks, collaborating across teams, and engaging with clients to ensure their requirements are integrated into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate visual data into insights while understanding the startup environment and dynamics
• Learn and understand various industries of Percepto’s clients
• Own and push forward your daily tasks while working according to the timeline of our clients
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization
• Engage with clients and commercial team to gather feedback and ensure their requirements are integrated into our solutions effectively.
• Broad overview of our platform and in-depth understanding of Percepto’s deliverables

Requirements

• Fluent English - MUST
• Excellent technical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and with the ability to be an autodidact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Problem solver, mission oriented, team player
• Basic programming knowledge and experience programing with LLM
