Team Lead - MOSAIC Demonstrations & Integrations (m/f/d)

We are looking for an exceptional, hands-on leader to build a team that turns ambitious ideas into operational capabilities. The team will rapidly prototype new features, integrate third-party systems, enable partners, and demonstrate MOSAIC in customer environments and military exercises. The role involves leading a small, high-performing integrations and prototyping team, turning customer and operational needs into working software at exceptional speed, enabling partners to integrate their systems, and owning technical preparation and execution of customer demonstrations and military exercises. Regular travel and participation in field demonstrations and exercises are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a small, high-performing integrations and prototyping team.
• Turn customer and operational needs into working software at exceptional speed.
• Enable partners to integrate their systems, sensors, and data into MOSAIC.
• Own technical preparation and execution of customer demonstrations and military exercises.
• Feed real-world lessons back into MOSAIC’s product and architecture.

Requirements

• You combine outstanding technical depth with strong leadership and personal ownership.
• You thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments where results matter.
• You are pragmatic, resourceful, and capable of solving problems across software, networks, and hardware.
• You communicate confidently with engineers, partners, customers, and operational users.
• You understand military operations or mission-critical environments; military experience is a strong advantage.
