Real Estate Videographer/ Photographer/ Drone Operator for Canberra/ACT

We are currently seeking creative, personable, and passionate videographers and drone operators to join our energetic and close-knit team in freelance roles. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in real estate videography and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

Candidates should be well-presented, reliable, and open to learning new techniques and skills.

At Diakrit, we support our creators in many ways so they can focus on the work they enjoy most.

All client bookings and communications are managed by our friendly Customer Solutions team, while our professional Sales Account Managers handle client management. In addition, all editing and post-production are completed by our in-house production teams.

This allows our Videographers and Drone Pilots to focus on what they do best—creating outstanding digital content.

Could this be you?

We are looking for dedicated professionals who are friendly, reliable, and ideally experienced in real estate or a related industry. Drone capabilities are highly valued, and additional skills such as photography are also strongly regarded. Prior experience filming interviews, seminars, workshops, or similar events would be considered an advantage.

We would also appreciate clarification on whether videography can be considered one of the primary skill sets, alongside photography, drone operation, and floor planning, as part of the role.

Specialized equipment will be supplied where required, and all relevant training will be provided.

What you need to have (please specify in your application)

• Full-frame camera
• 16–35mm lens or similar wide-angle lens
• Telephoto lens such as 24–105mm or similar range with aperture of F4
• Ideally a 50mm lens
• Gimbal
• Ability to shoot vertically (vertical mount for gimbal)
• Audio recording equipment – wireless lapel microphone (DJI or Rode preferred)
• Reliable car
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to acquire new skills

Ideally, applicants will also own a suitable drone, such as:

• DJI Mini 3
• DJI Mini 4
• DJI Mavic 3
