Als Mechanical Product Engineer bij Robin werk je aan de vlaggenschipradars, met focus op root-cause analyse en het ontwikkelen van oplossingen. Je bent de technische motor achter deelprojecten voor klantspecifieke oplossingen, controleert technische documenten en leidt de organisatie door technische aanpassingen. Je werk heeft impact op de afdelingen Engineering, Service & Support, Productie en Product Management.

Responsibilities

Your immediate impact will be directed at root-cause analysis and subsequently developing towards solutions;
The projects you will be involved in are mostly of mechanical nature (70%), and other work is electronical, certification impact, EMC;
You are the motor behind several sub-projects that are client specific solutions;
You check technical documents, guide the organization through technical adjustments to make sure everyone is on the same page;
You are in the lead to set up a technical manual for Service & Support;
You are a proactive force that identifies and implements better ways of working, by developing critical documentation, adapting our current processes, and improving our team’s established workflows.

Requirements

You have at least 1 year of experience in a technical engineering environment;
You have a Masters degree or higher in the field of engineering, mechanics or electronics;
You have experience with Solidworks or other CAD software;
You work in a structured manner with eye for details;
You communicate clearly and have the capacity to substantiate your choices;
Fluency in English, Dutch is considered a plus;
You live in The Netherlands at commuting distance to The Hague.
