Responsibilities

  • Workshop and field testing: Run manual and automated tests on our radar systems to see how they perform. Check test data to make sure everything works right and give the official okay for products to ship.
  • Tracking bugs and teamwork: Log quality alerts whenever something does not work quite right. Work directly with the Production Team to get things fixed, and re-test the hardware and software after fixes are made.
  • Test improvements and automation: Run regression tests to make sure new software updates do not break old features. Spot areas where automated testing can save time and share those ideas with the team.
  • Giving feedback and fixing processes: Share clear feedback from your tests with our engineering crews so they can improve future builds. Work together across teams to build real reliability, not just tick boxes on a checklist.

Requirements

  • An MBO-4 degree in Engineering or a similar technical background.
  • 1–3 years of experience working in a technical or high-tech environment.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control and standard product testing steps.
  • Experience finding errors in electronic systems using basic measuring tools.
  • Some practical experience working with Linux systems.
  • Fluency in English, while speaking a bit of Dutch is a nice bonus.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a structured way of working through tasks.
  • A proactive mindset and happy to travel 25% of the time for field tests.

Benefits

  • Working for a Great Place to Work® certified company;
  • Comprehensive pension plan;
  • Commuting allowance;
  • 30 days of paid holiday leave (with the possibility to buy 3 additional days);
  • Opportunities to develop your skills even further through training and certifications;
  • High quality laptop/desktop, monitor, headphones, and any other equipment necessary for your role;
  • An international team of 30+ nationalities, full of high performance colleagues you can exchange experiences with and learn from.
  • As well as having a lot of fun in our social events and Friday drinks!
