SAIC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the TTADS NIWC LANT team at a customer site in Charleston, SC. The role involves collaborating with diverse teams and contractors, balancing technical quality with customer requirements and deadlines, and taking ownership of projects from small components to complete systems. The engineer will work on hardware development, PCB design, system integration, and testing, with hands-on skills in soldering and assembly.

Requirements

BS degree and two (2) or more years of work experience; four (4) years in lieu of degree.
Electrical engineering and hands-on hardware development experience.
PCB design experience with Altium.
Experience with hardware/software integration and system-level testing.
Familiarity with networking technologies, including Silvus.
Experience with Raspberry Pi or similar embedded platforms.
Hands-on soldering, cable fabrication, crimping, and product assembly skills.
Experience with drones, trackers, or other field-deployed systems.
