SAIC is seeking an MQ-9 Flight Simulator Field Service Representative (FSR) to provide software and systems support for the MALET JSIL Aircrew Trainer (MJAT) at Nellis Air Force Base, NV. The FSR will support the MJAT, JMDS, MRLn, MSAT, and future systems, integrating GOTS, COTS, and EOM components, delivering on-site technical support and training, and serving as the JSIL representative to the customer.

Responsibilities

Provide software and systems support for the MALET JSIL Aircrew Trainer (MJAT)
Provide software and systems support for the MJAT Rehearsal Local Network (MRLn)
Provide software and systems support for the JSIL Mission Debrief System (JMDS)
Provide software and systems support for the MJAT Stand-alone Trainer (MSAT)
Integrate GOTS, COTS, and EOM software and hardware components, and apply knowledge of wired networking and life cycle sustainment
Deliver on-site technical support, operational training, and assistance in developing training scenarios
Serve as the JSIL representative to the customer

Requirements

BS degree and two (2) years of experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
Intermediate experience troubleshooting IT systems and hardware to support end-users and maintain system uptime
Understanding of classified systems handling procedures and ability to work in secure environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an operational environment
Ability to read and interpret system diagrams, rack layouts, and cable schematics
Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI
