What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Business Solutions and Sales teams to assess customer requirements and propose technical solutions that align with their needs. 

  • Respond to technical inquiries and prepare detailed technical proposals. 

  • Deliver engaging and informative technical product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. 

  • Tailor product features and benefits to solve specific customer challenges. 

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution blueprints, user guides, and proposal documents. 

  • Work with the product and R&D teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement. 

  • Support smooth implementation by working with clients on integration and technical training. 

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing technical support and follow-up. 

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to provide insightful recommendations to both customers and internal teams. 

  • Process, analyze, and interpret data using software such as DJI Terra, Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape, or other GIS/mapping platforms. 

  • Advise clients on best practices and optimal workflows for drone deployment in use cases such as land surveying, agriculture, infrastructure inspection, and public sector applications. 

  • Provide technical training to clients and internal team members. 

  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables. 

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field. 

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a sales engineer, technical sales, or solution engineer role. 

  • Experience in B2B or government sector projects is a plus. 

  • Familiarity with drones, agricultural technology, surveying, GIS, or related fields is preferred. 

  • Strong technical knowledge combined with effective communication and presentation skills is essential. 

  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail. 

  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.
