The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing for Infinite Reality, the Snr Manager will act as the go-to-market lead for DRL, working both independently and cross functionally to build the brand and community, support revenue growth, and design innovative experiences for a new generation of tech enabled fans across the world. 

Responsibilities:

1. Fan Engagement and Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive focused fan behaviors, such as event/season launch campaigns, pilot reveals, and fan sweepstakes.
  • Implement products and solutions to enhance fan engagement with DRL, utilizing platforms such as the DRL SIM, social media channels, and the DRL app.

2. Brand Management:

  • Evolve and refresh DRL's brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Manage DRL's digital and social channels, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing initiatives.

3. Media Distribution and Partnerships:

  • Oversee partnerships with media outlets for broadcasting DRL races.
  • Coordinate streaming of races on owned social channels and manage relationships with broadcast marketing teams.

4. Gaming and Merchandising:

  • Drive growth and engagement with the DRL SIM and other gaming platforms.
  • Manage online merchandise sales and design VIP merchandise for events.

5. Event Promotion and Management:

  • Develop branding assets for DRL events, including pilot headshots, race branding, and signage.
  • Strategize and execute promotions to achieve attendance goals at live events.

6. Content Creation and PR:

  • Manage live streaming and broadcast of DRL races, as well as post-event coverage on social media.
  • Handle media relations and influencer partnerships, including press interviews and course tours.

7. Partnership Marketing and Management:

  • Support partnership sales with creative ideation and asset creation.
  • Develop sales materials and media plans for partnership proposals, and manage paid media campaigns.

8. Insights and Analytics:

  • Conduct ongoing fan research and analyze audience demographics.
  • Report on key marketing KPIs and oversee valuation tracking for partnerships.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in sports or entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of driving fan engagement and managing partnerships.

    The base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
