El puesto de Program Analyst - UAS apoya al Departamento de Estado de EE. UU., específicamente a la Oficina de Asuntos Internacionales de Narcóticos y Aplicación de la Ley (INL) en Ciudad Juárez, México. El analista coordina la implementación de proyectos de profesionalización y desarrollo de capacidades de aplicación de la ley para autoridades de justicia penal, asistiendo y asesorando a los oficiales de programa de INL en la evaluación, planificación y monitoreo de dichos proyectos. El rol requiere viajar a otras ubicaciones en México, Estados Unidos y otros países según sea necesario.
Responsibilities
- The position is located in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. Travel to other locations in Mexico, the United States and other countries may be required.
- Coordinates the implementation of law enforcement professionalization and capacity-building projects for criminal justice authorities which could include prosecutors, analysts, investigators, and police, and corrections officials.
- Assists and advises INL's Program Officers on assessing, planning, monitoring law enforcement professionalization projects for criminal justice authorities which could include prosecutors, analysts, investigators, police, and corrections officials.

Requirements
- Mexican Citizen or Third Country National.
- Spanish FSI level 4 (Native)
- English FSI level 3 (B2)
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, law enforcement, public policy, criminal justice, social sciences, or related field or associate degree with five (5) years related experience from an accredited institution or; ten (10) years of related experience in the justice sector, law enforcement, international development, international affairs, or public administration.
- A combination of five (5) years of experience in program management, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a professional setting related to law enforcement, managing law enforcement support and training projects or program management.
- Experience working with UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems)
- Ability to pass a U.S. Embassy RSO security background check.
- Ability to deal effectively with senior U.S. and GOM officials.
- Experience in drafting and authoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
