Your duties include issuing work permits, conducting risk assessments, supervising electrical personnel, and managing inspections and documentation. You will also train staff on electrical safety procedures specific to drone assembly and collaborate with quality, EHS, and engineering teams.

- Supervise and coordinate Elektrofachkräfte (EFK) and elektrotechnisch unterwiesene Personen (EuP) on site
- Oversee inspection and testing of electrical equipment, machinery, and battery/charging infrastructure (per DGUV V3, VDE 0701-0702, and applicable Li-ion battery handling standards)
- Manage compliance with low-voltage directive, EMC requirements, and relevant drone/UAV manufacturing electrical safety standards
- Investigate electrical incidents, near-misses, and non-conformances; drive corrective actions
- Maintain documentation: circuit diagrams, inspection logs, training records, and safety instructions (Betriebsanweisungen)
- Liaise with quality, EHS, and engineering teams on electrical aspects of new production line rollouts and equipment procurement
- Train and qualify personnel on electrical safety procedures specific to drone assembly (e.g., high-density battery packs, motor/ESC testing, RF equipment)
Requirements
- Completed vocational/technical training as Elektroniker, Elektroinstallateur, or equivalent, plus further qualification enabling appointment as vEFK (e.g., Meister, Techniker, or Ingenieur in Elektrotechnik)
- Formal written appointment eligibility as vEFK per employer's organizational delegation (Unternehmerpflichtenübertragung)
- Several years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, ideally in manufacturing/production environments
