Als Working Student unterstützt du das Operations-Team von TYTAN in einem dynamischen, wachsenden Umfeld. Du hilfst bei der Koordination von Projekten, der Verbesserung von Prozessen und sorgst dafür, dass die Teams abgestimmt bleiben. Dabei sammelst du praktische Erfahrung in Produktion, Beschaffung und Testaktivitäten.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional projects by gathering, consolidating, and maintaining project data, ensuring clear visibility of progress, open tasks, and potential risks.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and program teams to follow up on open topics, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
  • Assist in improving operational processes by identifying inefficiencies, contributing ideas, and supporting the implementation of scalable solutions.
  • Provide hands-on support in the preparation, coordination, and execution of test campaigns.
  • Contribute to strategic operations projects, including the development of scalable test planning and verification frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives across the Operations team.
  • Help maintain project documentation, track action items, and support reporting to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Structured and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to take ownership and follow up on open topics.
  • Genuine Interest in operations, manufacturing, testing, and continuous process improvement.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
