As Operations Coordinator for the Wind Vertical, you will be the central point ensuring wind inspections run smoothly. You will plan and coordinate operations, recruit and train pilots, prepare them for site visits, resolve issues, and support pilots with site access and planning. You will also maintain industry awareness, collaborate with Quality Control, manage multiple projects, and track progress through daily reports.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate wind operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency, making sure our pilots and customers always have a great experience with Zeitview.
- Take the lead in recruiting and training new pilots, helping them through our online training program and setting them up for success.
- Make sure everything's ready for our pilots before they arrive on site, ensuring we deliver our projects on time.
- Tackle any issues that come up on the fly, and make sure our clients receive the highest standard of quality and service.
- Be there to support our pilots with any site access or planning needs they have, and help iron out any project issues.
- Possess an understanding of drone capabilities and airspace regulations while adhering to Zeitview SOPs.
- Maintain a pulse on the wind industry.
- Occasionally work side by side with our Quality Control team to make sure our work maintains the golden standard.
- Juggle multiple projects, keeping in touch with pilots in the field, and staying on top of their day-to-day challenges.
- Keep track of everything with daily reports and updates, using a mix of spreadsheets and software.
Requirements
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), Slack, Coda and Asana.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and ideally also Turkish); ability to communicate with customers, pilots, and internal teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the wind industry, including specific equipment and access requirements is a nice-to-have.
