The Systems Engineer for Prime Air will oversee the development hardware and software integration within Amazon's ultra-fast drone delivery operations. This role ensures high standards for certifying safety-critical software and hardware in airborne systems, working closely with design engineering staff to drive continuous improvement in drone software design. Partnering with drone system development and various engineering disciplines, the engineer will oversee development, verification, configuration management, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with Design Assurance Levels and software development standards. Strong cross-functional engineering fundamentals and technical communication skills are essential for translating complex system functions into digestible insights for stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
