This posting is a general interest role for Dominion Dynamics' Autonomous Collaborative Platform (ACP) program, which is building Canada's sovereign uncrewed collaborative combat aircraft. The role is open to various engineering and operational disciplines, and the team is being stood up to design, build, test, and fly demonstrator aircraft, then scale toward a certified production line. Depending on background, the person could work on structures, aerodynamics, propulsion, mission systems, integration, flight test, production, or program control. The position is hybrid, based in Ottawa, Toronto, or Montreal.

Responsibilities

Design, stress, or integrate structure for a demonstrator aircraft — fuselage, wing, empennage
Work aerodynamics, aircraft configuration, or control laws for a next-generation autonomous airframe
Own propulsion, fuel, mechanical, or vehicle management systems from design through flight test
Build the mission systems, autonomy software, or sensor fusion that let the aircraft think
Integrate systems across the aircraft and carry them through airworthiness and certification
Support ground test, flight test, or flight operations once the aircraft is in the air
Help build out production, quality, or procurement as the program scales from demonstrators to a fleet
Keep a fast-moving engineering program organized as a program or project controller
