Assignment Overview

Soaring Eagle is seeking an experienced UAS Pilot to support wind turbine inspection operations throughout the United States. This assignment is based in the Houston area and offers a hybrid/remote work environment when not deployed in the field.

Key Responsibilities/ Deliverables

  • Conduct drone-based inspections of utility-scale wind turbines.

  • Execute safe commercial flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

  • Capture high-quality imagery and inspection data using enterprise drone platforms.

  • Coordinate with wind farm personnel, customer representatives, and field teams.

  • Serve as a professional representative of Soaring Eagle at customer locations throughout the country.

Required Qualifications

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial UAS operating experience.

  • Experience in industrial, utility, energy, construction, or infrastructure environments.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.
