Head of System Integration, Verification and Validation

This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Plan and manage system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Ensure the readiness of integration configurations and test infrastructure.
• Organize the development and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate bench, automated, system-level, ground, and flight testing activities.
• Manage defect identification, analysis, and resolution processes.
• Oversee regression testing and the preservation of test evidence.
• Analyze test results and assess the system's technical readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve cross-system issues and improve product quality.
• Prepare qualification packages and confirm product readiness for release and subsequent industrialization.

Requirements

What you bring to the team:

• Higher education in an engineering or technical field.
• Experience in systems engineering, system integration, testing, or Verification & Validation of complex technical systems.
• Experience managing engineering or cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience planning and conducting system-level testing.
• Understanding of System Integration, Verification & Validation, and Systems Engineering processes.
• Experience with defect management, regression testing, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of requirements management, configuration management, and technical documentation processes.
• Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and the ability to work effectively in uncertain environments.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with UAVs, aerospace, robotics, or defense systems.
• Hands-on experience conducting field or flight testing.
• Experience establishing and improving Verification & Validation processes at the organizational level.
• Knowledge of international standards related to systems engineering and quality assurance.
