As a Production Operator, you will be a key part of the Production & Assembly Team, supporting the local manufacturing of advanced drone systems in Romania. You will assemble, test, and support the production of mission-critical systems while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence. You will work closely with stakeholders from Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure efficient assembly and production of UAV platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble UAV systems, subassemblies, and components according to technical documentation and work instructions.
  • Perform production and assembly tasks in line with established manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Conduct basic functional checks and support testing activities during assembly.
  • Follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and production procedures accurately.
  • Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and production issues.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve assembly-related challenges.
  • Ensure production targets and daily output requirements are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and quality.
  • Ensure proper handling and care of production equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Follow all health, safety, quality, and company regulations.

Requirements

  • Technical education, vocational training, or equivalent experience in manufacturing, assembly, mechanics, electronics, or a related field.
  • Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or workshop environments is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
  • Basic understanding of quality standards and production processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and quality-focused working style.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving production requirements.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is an advantage.
