Field Solutions Engineer (f/m/d)

This is a hands-on field engineering role focused on planning and executing field integration and deployment campaigns for TYTAN's C-UAS systems at customer sites. You will perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation in the field, integrating software, infrastructure, and communication services within complex, often classified, customer environments. You will work directly with customers, partners, and operational users during integration and fielding activities, and apply DevOps practices to streamline deployment and field-update cycles. Field findings are fed back to engineering and product teams to improve future integration cycles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field integration and deployment campaigns for TYTAN's C-UAS systems at customer sites.
• Perform hands-on system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation in the field.
• Integrate software, infrastructure, and communication services within complex, often classified, customer environments.
• Work directly with customers, partners, and operational users during integration and fielding activities.
• Apply DevOps practices to streamline deployment, configuration, and field-update cycles.
• Feed field findings back to engineering and product teams to improve future integration cycles.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering and DevOps experience.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and execute integration and deployment campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Experience working directly with customers, partners, and operational users.
• Ability to integrate software, infrastructure, and communication services in complex environments.
• Fluent German and English.
