Cable's Roofing is seeking a Roofing Inspector to join their team in Tyler, Texas. In this role, you will assess potential roof needs for residential and commercial properties using in-person evaluations and drone technology. You will gather critical information, diagnose roof issues, and help set the stage for impactful solutions while delivering top-notch service. The role involves conducting inspections, documenting issues, and maintaining clear communication with sales and production teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections using ladder or drone technology
Identify and document roof issues (storm damage, wear, leaks, etc.)
Take detailed photos, measurements, and notes for scope development
Interpret insurance claims, scopes of work, and estimate needs (preferred)
Track and report daily KPIs (inspections, leads, follow-ups, etc.)
Maintain clear communication with sales and production teams
Ensure a professional, customer-first approach in every interaction

Requirements

Roofing experience preferred (technical or estimating background)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable climbing roofs and/or operating drone equipment
Great communication and customer service abilities
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office and mobile inspection tools)
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
