Wing busca un Coordinador de Soporte de Operaciones de Vuelo para unirse a su equipo de Operaciones de Vuelo en un contrato de duración determinada de 36 meses. Responsibilities
- Report to Wing Senior Flight Operations Support Manager or Regional Site Lead as assigned and work from the Wing regional central base or local crew base
- Partner with Vendor Employee Team Leads to develop Ground Support and Visual Observer crew schedules for approval
- Obtain required compliance records for vendor staff for the Wing Flight Operations training team
- Identify initial and recurring training requirements for Vendor staff and coordinate with Wing Regional Lead and Wing Flight Operations training team to schedule trainings
- Support Wing maintenance activities at Wing nests or at Wing’s central maintenance facility
- Support short-notice movement of Wing equipment under 35 lbs between Wing locations
- Obtain and maintain qualifications as Wing Ground Support Operator and Visual Observer to occasionally support as business needs
- Identify nest and crew equipment deficiencies and partner with Wing Flight Operations Regional Site Lead to obtain needed replacements
- Operate a Wing provided vehicle to move between Wing locations up to 2 hours (60 miles) per day
- Directly support Wing community affairs and government outreach efforts
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with scheduling of teams of at least 10 people, including 1+ years operational experience with Commercial Drone operations in the US and 1+ years of experience as a field technician, or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Active 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- Demonstrated ability to communicate constructively, clearly and positively in stressful circumstances
- Demonstrated experience with resource management software such as Deputy or ServiceNow with the aptitude to learn new softwares as needed
- Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace (gSuite) tools (gdocs, gsheets, gchat, etc.)
- Ability to perform moderate physical work, maintain attention for extended periods while performing continuous tasks in outdoor environments for extended periods. Ability to lift and transport equipment which is <35 lbs
- Willingness and ability to occasionally speak with public and government visitors to Wing facilities to support outreach activities
- Willing and able to comply with health and safety policy requirements
